How can I tell which network my asset uses?
Several assets can run on multiple networks. However, Exodus might not support each token on every network. As such, it is important to know which network your asset runs on before receiving it in Exodus. To make it easier, you can look at the network badge in your asset's wallet.
Here are examples of network badges in both Desktop and Mobile:
Desktop
Please choose the network shown on the network badge when depositing crypto.
Mobile
Please use the network shown on the network badge when depositing crypto.
Which network should I choose?
Generally, you should choose the network by selecting the cryptocurrency's name (e.g. Bitcoin) or ticker (e.g. BTC).
However, if an asset uses more than one network, you can use the network that is supported in your Exodus wallet (the network badge in the wallet shows the supported network). Also, check below for help in choosing the right network to receive the asset on.
