What is happening with Atomic Wallet?

On June 3rd 2023, Atomic Wallet announced on Twitter that it had received reports of customer funds being stolen.

Investigations are ongoing. Because it isn't clear if the Atomic Wallet vulnerability compromises secret recovery phrases and private keys, if you decide to move your crypto to a new wallet, you shouldn't import your Atomic secret recovery phrase or private keys.

If your secret recovery phrase or private keys are compromised, a malicious actor can steal your funds regardless of the wallet software.

Instead, it's important that you send your crypto from Atomic Wallet to Exodus as regular blockchain transactions.
