What is Exodus Class B common stock?

Exodus Class B shares have the same economic ownership as Exodus Class A shares, but Class B shares have some strengths and some limitations.

Class B voting rights are increased vs. Class A (10 votes per share for Class B vs. one vote per share for Class A).

Conversion of B shares to Class A is permanent, because Class A shares cannot become Class B shares.

Additionally, Class B shares will automatically convert to Class A if they are transferred to another person.


How can I convert my Class B shares to Class A?

Send an email requesting conversion of your Class B shares to [email protected], and we will guide you through the process. It's simple, and free.
