About OTC Markets Trading

Is trading EXOD shares available on OTC Markets?

Yes! We moved trading of Exodus shares to traditional brokerages, where many of the world’s public companies trade.

Why did you list on OTC Markets?

Stocks traded on brokerages can see exponentially more volume and liquidity than stocks traded on smaller ATS markets. We pioneered stocks being digitally represented on the blockchain, and after doing so, the first step was to list on the tZERO ATS and Securitize Markets ATS.

  • Our current investors will be able to access the liquidity that only the traditional markets can provide at this time.

  • An uplisting will open up the possibility for many to access Exodus shares through their existing brokerage account.

  • After the uplisting, we are maintaining the digital representation of our shares on the Algorand blockchain. This will be yet another first for Exodus.

When did Exodus Shares start trading on OTC Markets?

Exodus shares started trading on OTC markets on Jan 30, 2024.

What is the difference between EXIT tokens in my wallet and EXOD shares listed on a brokerage?

Both are Exodus Class A shares, existing in different places.

EXIT tokens in your wallet are digital representations of Class A shares. EXIT tokens in the wallet exist in "digital" form with our transfer agent, Securitize.
