Email is the fastest response time since we have a 24/7 worldwide support team to respond to emails. For the absolute fastest way to a resolution, please include the following information in your email to us:

Ensure you enter your own email address correctly so you can see our responses!
As much information as possible, the more, the better.
- Letting us know, in as much detail as possible, what issue you have encountered.
- Any assets involved with your issue.
- Any names of other platforms you have interacted with.
- Any other information you think may be useful for us to quickly solve your issue!
For any issues with a transaction please provide the following:
- Please mention the crypto involved with the issue.
- If you are having issues with a transaction, then please provide your Transaction ID (If you sent the transaction from a different platform, the Transaction ID will be there).
- Please mention if you are receiving or sending assets with your Exodus wallet.
If you have any issues involving the Exodus exchange, please provide the following information:
- If you are having trouble with an exchange, then please provide your Order ID.
- If you have problems exchanging your assets, please tell us the crypto you want to exchange, and the crypto you want to receive
- Please check the Exodus status page to see the assets that are currently available to exchange.
If there is something wrong with your Exodus wallet, then please provide your Safe Report.
