How do I contact Exodus Support?

Whether you are having trouble with your wallet, are new to crypto and would like to learn more, or have feedback and suggestions for us, we are always here and happy to help! These are all the official channels to get in touch with Exodus.

Please note: Exodus staff will NEVER ask for sensitive information, including passwords, private keys, or 12-word secret recovery phrases.

Desktop

You can get in touch with Exodus Support via the in-app Support screen. Here's how:

Click on the support icon.

Click on a) Twitter to open the page to the Exodus Twitter profile, or b) Email Support to open an email addressed to Exodus Support.

On this screen, you'll also find Exodus Help Videos, links to our Help Desk and Status pages, as well as a reminder to update your Exodus wallet if you're using an older version.

Mobile

You can get in touch with Exodus Support via the in-app Support screen. Here's how:

Open your Dashboard by a) tapping the dashboard icon in the lower right corner of your screen. Then, b) tap Support.

Next, tap Contact Us.

Tap the What can we help you with? dropdown.

Scroll through the list of categories and select one that best describes the issue you need help with.

Enter your email address, and a description of your issue, then tap Send when ready.

Please note: If your wallet is encountering an error, you can also attach your wallet's Safe Report (a log of non-sensitive wallet data) by toggling the Include a Safe Report switch on. To learn more about what information is contained in a Safe Report, check out our article on the subject.

Email

Email is the fastest response time since we have a 24/7 worldwide support team to respond to emails. For the absolute fastest way to a resolution, please include the following information in your email to us:

Ensure you enter your own email address correctly so you can receive our responses!

As much information as possible, the more, the better.

  • Let us know, in as much detail as possible, what issue you have encountered.
  • Any assets involved with your issue.
  • Any names of other platforms you have interacted with.
  • Any other information you think may be useful for us to quickly solve your issue!

For any issues with a transaction please provide the following:

  • Please mention the crypto involved with the issue.
  • If you are having issues with a transaction, then please provide your transaction ID (If you sent the transaction from a different platform, the transaction ID will be there).
  • Please mention if you are receiving or sending assets with your Exodus wallet.

If you have any issues involving the Exodus exchange, please provide the following information:

  • If you are having trouble with an exchange, then please provide your Order ID.
  • If you have problems exchanging your assets, please tell us the crypto you want to exchange, and the crypto you want to receive
  • Please check the Exodus status page to see the assets that are currently available to exchange.

If there is something wrong with your Exodus wallet, then please provide your Safe Report.

Phone support is not available

Presently, Exodus does not offer support via telephone. It is important to note that while numbers listed as "Official Exodus Support" are often posted and shared on the internet, these are scams attempting to gain access to your funds.
